The learning content and member features are free. Exam purchases follow the price and session stated on the product page before you pay.
Refund windows
Refund windows, cancellation rules and technical-failure remedies are published here before they take effect. Until then every request is reviewed individually.
How to request
For questions about free services, email support@forwardengineer.net from your account address. For an exam refund, write to support@forwardengineer.net from your purchase address; approved refunds return through Paddle to the original payment method.
