Talent Privacy Notice

How optional talent settings are stored. Candidate search, employer profile access and public portfolios are not available yet.
The principle
Joining the talent network is optional and separate from learning. Your profile data is not shared with employers through the current application flow. Candidate discovery and matching are not implemented.
Your independent controls
- Private (default): only you and authorized platform staff.
- Verified employers: a planned option for selected fields to be visible to approved employer accounts. Candidate search and profile access are not implemented yet.
- Public portfolio: a planned option for selected fields, with a separate indexing preference. Public profile pages and indexing are not implemented yet.
- Open to opportunities: a saved future contact preference, independent of the above. Employer contact requests are not implemented yet.
- Contact after acceptance: email disclosure after a specific accepted request is a future feature and is not implemented yet.
The current account page stores these preferences only. It does not publish candidate profiles, expose them to employers or update search indexes.
What we never require
Citizenship, age, gender, health data or similar are not part of profiles. Employer candidate access is not available yet. If introduced, any evidence labels will distinguish self-reported work from assessed or reviewed work; private learning data and other employers' notes will not be shared.
Employer obligations
Employer candidate search, matching and contact flows are not implemented. If introduced, this notice will state permitted data use, export restrictions, rate limits and the process for investigating reports of misuse.
Your rights
As per the Privacy Policy: access, correction, deletion, and a data export of your profile. Questions: support@forwardengineer.net.
