Terms of Service
Updated
The rules for using Forward Engineer: free content, accounts, acceptable use, future purchase terms and governing law.
Using the service
You may use the public learning content and the free member features. Paid learning or assessment entitlements are not currently available. If introduced, their scope will be stated before purchase.
Accounts
Provide accurate information; keep credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account. Minimum age: 18.
Acceptable use
No scraping at volume, no misrepresenting example records as issued credentials, and no interfering with other users' access. Secure certification exams are not currently available.
Purchases
Exam purchases run through Paddle checkout at the listed USD prices (495, 595, 695). One price covers one attempt at a scheduled supervised lab session. The product page states the price and session before you pay.
Assessment integrity
Misrepresenting a fictional example record as an issued credential is prohibited. If secure assessments are introduced, their integrity rules will be published before registration.
Credentials
Certification exams and real credential issuance are not currently available. Pages at /verify/[serial] are fictional examples only and do not verify a real person or assessment. If credentials are introduced, their scope and verification process will be published before issuance.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is "as is" to the maximum extent permitted; we don't guarantee employment or salary outcomes. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye; courts of Istanbul have venue. Liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
