Operational documentation written for a stressed human at 2 a.m.: what the system does, how it fails, how to tell, and what to do.
A runbook is part of the deliverable, not a nice-to-have - the handover section includes the structure. If the customer's engineer can't debug with it alone, the handover isn't done.
