Prepare an Evidence Pack with Limits and Unproven Assumptions

60 min hands-on · Advanced

A local machine with the fixture design file (ADRs, numbers, drill results); a peer reviewer for the defense dialogue.

Local guide: run the steps below on your own machine in order, then check the validation list.

Objectives

  • Assemble the four-part pack with limits up front
  • Defend with evidence and accept gaps with owned actions
  • Log the review: moved minds, standing disagreements, settling tests
  1. Step 1

    Assemble the pack

Gather decisions (ADRs), dated numbers, drill results and the limits list (unproven assumptions, known gaps) presented first. A pack without limits is rejected before defense.

  2. Step 2

    Defend the design

Present limits first to the peer reviewer, answer probes with evidence, and accept at least the real gaps with owned dated actions. Quote the dialogue's key exchanges.

  3. Step 3

    Log the review

Record what moved (which evidence changed a mind), what stands (disagreements with the test that would settle them), and the owned actions. The log joins the pack for future revisits.

How to confirm it worked

  • Four-part pack with limits presented first
  • Defense dialogue quoted with evidence answers
  • Accepted gaps with owned dated actions
  • Review log with settling tests recorded
